Supplements are an integral part of the program. You will be following a calorie controlled plan and supplement will ensure that you are getting top support for your body to lose the weight.
You pay for your supplements for 30 days, but this is not a monthly fee. Once you have completed step 1 and 2 you are required to go on maintenance for minimum of 14 days before repeating program again if you have more to lose. Depending on how much weight you want to lose you may only have to purchase once. You can lose 10-15% of your body weight in 30 days. So for example if you weight 100kgs you could lose 10 to 15kgs in 30 days.
All three stages are important for successful weight loss and learning to keep it off.
Water plays a major part of the program and will be required to drink 3 litres of water per day. It may be easy, for some a challenge but your bladder will get used to all the water and settle after the first week.
Support you will have a one on one mentor with any questions you may have. Send your weights to us daily and we will keep track of your progress.

Sugar - Why do we crave food all the time? It’s a great question!
Food cravings are caused by the regions of the brain that are responsible for memory, pleasure and reward. An imbalance of hormones, such as leptin and serotonin, can also cause food cravings… This is the idea that the body craves certain foods because it lacks certain nutrients. Lack of Calcium, Zinc, Chromium and magnesium imbalance can manifest themselves as sugar cravings too. The crucial minerals help maintain hydration status, which can erroneously make you crave sugar when you might just be thirsty.
Sugar is perfectly designed to hook us in. It comes to us in so many forms of food. But in reality there is nothing to love about refined sugar. It makes us put on weight, increases the size of our liver, makes us unwell and ages us inside and out. It is highly addictive, refined sugar drags valuable nutrients out of our body. There is a major business with a massive marketing campaign behind it and it gets us hooked from an early age, making us all addicts from childhood into adulthood.
Most of us turn to something sweet when we are looking for energy only to feel after ten minutes more tired that you were in the first place. That is because sugar quickly hits the bloodstream, creating a rapid rise in blood sugar (a spike).
Processed Foods – pumped full of man-made preservatives and stripped of its natural goodness.
The less a food has been tampered with, the better it is for your health. Everything from Pasta, bread, yoghurt, processed meats (like ham) and some canned foods have been processed.
The following are the worst processed foods: Tinned foods, White Bread, pasta, rice, processed meats, breakfast cereals, frozen ready meals, frozen chips, packed cakes, biscuits and muffins, Chocolate, sweets and Chips.
