The Designer Weight Loss Program inspired by Phatt has been specially formulated to balance your sugar levels and hormones during the detox phase to actually teach your body to lose weight and speed up your metabolism. It will heal your gut and help with more than just weight loss.
You will begin the think clearer and with many people, it has made them feel amazing in so many other ways after losing weight.

There are three stages to the Program:
Step 1 – Unlimited Calories
The First 3 days – This is where you get off the blood sugar rollercoaster and get your appetite under control and you start to burn fat, which become the quickest way to burn fat. During these three days you will begin your nutritional support (supplements from Modere) and quickly become a fat burning body rather that a fat storing body. Typically after the second day your blood sugar levels should start to stabilise, you will begin to overcome food cravings and your body will start to use its fate stores for enery.
Step 2 – Fat loss & Detox
This is when your body will start to change as a result of burning fat, controlling your food craving and stabilising your blood sugar levels and mostly importantly Hormone (this is for men and women). With food cravings gone and fat burning increased, you will feel greater mental clarity and enjoy increase in energy. The nutritional support is essential. Step 2 improves digestion, heals your gut, and helps inflammation in the body. This step increases your metabolism and improves the function of the liver and bowel. Mono eating is used in this stage as well as weight loss it is the healing stage of the program. The more different foods you put on your plate the more your digestive system is overworked. We need to improve the digestion to absorb nutrients from your food. Step 2 typically last 27 days but if you have more to lose you can extend to 37 days.
Step 3 – Maintenance
The maintenance phase is designed to keep you at your current weight and to keep your hormones in balance – especially your insulin levels (Insulin is the hormone responsible for the uptake of fat in cells). This phase will normally last 21 days. If you would like to repeat the program again you will need to be on Step 3 for minimum of 14 days before repeating at Step 1.
All three stages are important for successful Gut Health weight loss. You can keep repeating the program until you have reached your weight loss goal.
